Indru Ramchandani completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Eckerd College (St. Petersburg, Florida) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Tampa (Tampa, Florida) in 2001. Additionally, he spent 5 years working for two multinational corporations, Franklin Templeton Mutual Funds and Equifax as Head of Customer Service deparments in both companies before he moved back to Spain and accepted an offer at Leroy Merlin Tenerife as Management Controller where he spent 3 years.

Rocio Espada Merino finished her Business Administration studies and Postgraduate in Auditing and Accounting Expert at the University of Malaga in 1999. Her  profesional career is mainly gathered in two of the most prestigious law firms on the Costa del Sol for more than 10 years: Balms Abogados and Diaz de Oñate Asesores y Consultores, both as Tax and Accounting Advisor.
